Lace, Bows, and a Purpose

As I enter my third year of fashion school, I’ve come to realize that nothing captivates me more than fashion design. I’m endlessly inspired by every stage of the creative process—from the first sketch on paper to the final moment a garment graces the runway. Even in moments of stress, my passion remains unwavering; the art of bringing an idea to life through fabric continues to challenge and fulfill me.

No matter where my inspiration leads, I always return to the coquette aesthetic. Since childhood, I’ve been known for my ruffled skirts and ribbons—a reflection of the romantic sensibility that continues to define my work today. Seeing ribbons and lace reemerge in recent trends has been incredibly exciting; it feels as though the world is rediscovering the beauty and femininity that have always spoken to me. To me, coquette design embodies a delicate balance between softness and strength, nostalgia and modernity. Each piece I create carries that spirit, aiming to evoke the same sense of joy and confidence in those who wear it that I feel when bringing it to life.
